New student options are designed to help you try Centric Movement before choosing a full membership. Each starter package includes Your Personal Movement Plan, a 30-minute consultation where we learn about your goals, lifestyle, movement background, and what kind of support will help you feel confident getting started.
Dance Fitness Starter
A simple way to try dance fitness, feel the energy of the studio, and see how movement feels in your body.
Good for trying the energy before choosing a full membership.
Pilates Starter
Try both Reformer and Mat Pilates with personal support so you can choose the Pilates path that fits you best.
Good for exploring Reformer and Mat Pilates before choosing a membership.
Yoga Starter
A supportive way to explore yoga, build comfort in your body, and receive personal guidance as you begin.
Good for trying yoga with support before choosing a regular class rhythm.
Solo/Partner
Dance Starter
Build rhythm, confidence, and comfort on the dance floor with a beginner-friendly place to start.
Good for trying social dance before joining regular classes.
Starter package terms: Starter packages must be used within 15 days of first visit.
Packages may be redeemed up to 6 months from purchase date, making them a great option for gifts.
